We participate with most private insurance companies, and accept medicare assignment as well as auto accident injuries and worker's compensation.
You do not have to have a prescription to receive Massage Therapy from our LMT. Unfortunately, this service is not covered by Medicare and it is rarely covered by private insurance. However, our bargain prices right now are $25.00 for a half hour massage and $45.00 for a one hour massage.

cancellation policy:

Our policy requires a cancellation fee of $35. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be subject to this fee. We are aware that emergencies do come up, please inform us as soon as possible as we may have other patients that would like to be seen and can't due to a full schedule. Your cooperation is appreciated.
